My husband bought this reformer for me in January. I love it and use it about 3 or 4 times a week. My husband even uses it for a few minutes a day. He has problems with his feet and these exercises appear to help him. This really is a nicely constructed, quality machine. Got this to replace an older fold up design, very great purchase. This may be the only exercise that I have ever done on a regular basis.

I cannot say enough about this device! I put it together by myself in two hours. It is not collapsible and while it may be moved, that is not carried out very easily so if space is really a concern this might not be the best option. I love the workout and feel energized and relaxed when I’m carried out. This is something anyone can do at ANY size and any fitness degree. I look forward to it everyday and am so happy I purchased it.

The first video is helpful but lacking. You have to FF through the really lengthy intro each time and there are no indexes. The workouts are great, although. I’m ready to order the 2nd video. I do not know about the rebounder yet. My knees appear to hurt following I use it. But it’s enjoyable and easy to use.
