I cannot say enough about this device! I put it together by myself in two hours. The Malibu Pilates chair is excellent if you are not in excellent shape. The spring tension is adjustable to a point offering a small variety for strenghening. The chair is set up very easily and stows easily. The 3 videos give enough of the variety that I won’t get bored for a while. It ’s probably more suitable for home use, as is quite bulky and I imagine it would be difficult to bring in, if not impossible. It squeaks a lot, and not shift and slide backwards while doing “Like a Rolling” Ball Pilates movements. However, overall it is a carpet suitable for most movements of Pilates, as it protects the joints very well. It ‘was my fault, thinking that this pad could be used most effectively for yoga, and I have even bought a mouse pad for practice yoga. My dog really like the way this mat is soft and often join me during my Pilates routine only to give me company, unless I Shoo away forever!
