I bought this for my fiance and I to use. I have always had gym memberships within the past utilizing mostly free weights, but now because of my hectic schedule, driving to a gym is not an option. I have owned a Complete Fitness center within the past. The Complete Fitness center is the one that Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley advertise on TV.

This fitness center is solid, fun and relaxing to use. I’ve already been experiencing a change in weight and firmness. The instruction book is easy to read and gets you started very rapidly. Pad rolls smoothly on the tracks and there is no rattling of parts throughout the workout. The fitness center folds very easily and rolls for storage. I keep the fitness center set up in my big family room and fold it up behind a couch if we have guests in our home.

The board has a much thicker pad on it than the Total Gym, and the whole machine is built much better. The rails are bigger, the rollers are guaranteed for life as well as the pulleys and cords. I use it for about 25 minutes a day, 3 times a week and I am within the best shape I’ve ever been in.

Just got this create and did several exercises. This gym is truly nicely built, really good padded bench. This machine looks and feels like it’s built too as a commercial unit. A really good device for a bargain cost! I think anybody would be happy with this Complete Trainer.
