The Malibu Pilates chair is excellent if you are not in excellent shape. The spring tension is adjustable to a point offering a small variety for strenghening. The chair is set up very easily and stows easily. The 3 videos give enough of the variety that I won’t get bored for a while. I really feel that I’ll at some point outgrow the chair in relation to strength and conditioning, but by then I’ll have reached my objective.

I’ve taken pilates classes and enjoy the versility and the breathing exercises. The chair met my expectations in high quality and performance. The one point I do not like may be the way the pin fits in the foot pedal. It appears loose, but functions adequately. The videos are good and really security minded. I’d have liked a much more sophisticated video with less time invested on instruction however the entire buy was a pleasing one. Thanks Amazon!
